A password is needed to login to audit.appzen.com. If you forget your password click on the "forgot password" link to go through the password reset process. If you encounter the following message: 

This will indicate that the account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts. 

Consult with your system administrator to unlock your account. 

If you organization does not have a system administrator, contact AppZen Support to help resolve your issue. To get AppZen support click on the "wait for the team" button within the Intercom chat window.
